In your own language?

I've just added experimental 'language detection' to the site. If you visit /category/ language/[iso-country-code], replacing [iso-country-code] with the two-digit ISO code for your language you can see if there are any twitter messages in that language (E.g. For french, add fr).

(Language detection is being provided by the Google Language API and has been checking messages since 9am Monday. Any suggestions / bug reports welcome)

The IGF in Vilnius saw the Commonwealth participate in a plenary regional session and the more specific Commonwealth Open Forum. The latter launched the Online Child Protection publication which can be downloaded from our Coffee Corner page and there to present it were a selection of our collaborative partners on the project.
